In these stories, your hero is normally a cool, calm customer who makes a stylish entrance.
There is an initial problem they solve with ease, but this leads to a bigger problem that lands them in real trouble.
They need to solve it in an interesting, imaginative way to overcome their enemies and save the day!
A few useful Action tips:
Use repetition to build excitement or drama: the more, the more; closer and closer.
Use short sentences for dramatic or exciting parts: She ran. They had gone.
Use if openers when a character is in trouble: If she didn’t climb quickly… If he didn’t stop them…
Make sure you show a contrast (difference) between your hero and their enemy!
